Pendidikan min SMK di bidang Perhotelan, Pariwisata, Administrasi Bisnis, Komunikasi, atau terkait.
Memiliki kompetensi teknis Front Office (penanganan tamu, pengelolaan reservasi, administrasi dan pengarsipan data yang rapi dan akurat).
Memilki kemampuan mengoperasikan sistem reservasi/CRM dan perangkat kantor (telepon, komputer, printer)
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang sangat baik.
Berorientasi pada pelayanan (service excellence).
Memiliki kepedulian dan rasa hormat tinggi terhadap lansia.
