As a Front Office representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent service while assisting with inquiries, bookings, and activity recommendations. We are looking for a communicative, service-oriented individual with good sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
• Perform up-selling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities
• Ensure the front office area is always neat, organized, and presentable
• Create and manage a customer database
• Follow up with customers after sales or consultations to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proactive, diligent, and highly motivated with strong initiative
• Basic knowledge of the company’s products or services
• Willing to wear a skirt as part of the daily uniform with natural makeup required during working hours
• Placement in Gianyar, Bali
