Front Office Concierge

What we're looking for:

Our established high-end periodontal and dental implant practice is seeking an exceptional Front Office Concierge to join our team! We are looking for a polished, service-oriented professional who takes pride in creating an outstanding patient experience and thrives in a refined fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet visitors and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment scheduling
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily schedule
• Provide outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

Previous experience in front is preferred

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience with Dentrix is preferred

Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail

Pay: $85,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
