Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, or wireless products is a plus
