Front Office Customer Support

This full-time, day-shift position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and being an important part of a supportive office team.

Key Responsibilities

You will play an important role in keeping our office running smoothly, with responsibilities that will include:

• Welcoming and assisting visitors
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• General office support
• Providing order updates and information
• Supporting other departments as needed
• Taking on new tasks and learning along the way

No two days are exactly the same, so flexibility, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude are key to success!

Minimum Qualifications

· 1 to 3 years of experience in general office work environment

· Minimum of one year Microsoft Office Experience

· Experience using a multi-line phone system

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload independently and effectively

· Dependable and committed to excellent attendance

· Professional, friendly, and positive

· Willing to learn and accept feedback

· Open-minded, objective, and a good listener

· Flexible and comfortable with changing priorities

· Committed to doing their best every day

Compensation and Schedule

• Full-time, day-shift hours
• $20.00 per hour minimum starting pay
