Front Office Duty Manager

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated team member to join our Front Office team at Parehua Resort in Martinborough, located in the heart of one of New Zealand’s most renowned wine-growing regions. We are looking for the below staff member to join our team:

• Front Office - Duty Manager (This role requires the ability to take on after-hours manager responsibilities on a rostered basis. This is a mandatory requirement).

To succeed in this role, candidates should be able to demonstrate:

• A genuine passion for interacting with people and delivering excellent customer service.
• A talent for sales and confidently upselling services.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar position is essential, with a strong desire to learn and adapt quickly.
• A basic understanding of property management systems (PMS) and proficiency in managing email and telephone communications.
• Dependability and a solid work ethic.
• High standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
• A full New Zealand driver’s license.
