Front Office Exceutive

• Patient Registration & Admission: Greet arriving patients, collect demographic and medical history, and issue Unique Health Identification (UHID) numbers.
• Appointment & Doctor Coordination: Manage complex schedules for multiple consultants and direct patients to the correct OPD or diagnostic departments.
• Billing & Insurance Support: Handle daily financial transactions, process invoices for consultations or diagnostics, and assist with insurance/TPA verification.
• Emergency Triage Support: Assist in coordinating with the nursing and medical staff during emergency arrivals to ensure swift patient movement.
• Information Hub: Answer multi-line phones to provide accurate information on doctor availability, hospital services, and visiting hours.
• Records Management: Maintain and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately while ensuring strict patient confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,096.03 - ₹23,999.49 per month
