Position

Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Handle guest check-in and check-out
• Manage room reservations and booking enquiries
• Attend phone calls, WhatsApp messages and guest queries
• Handle billing, payments and basic front-office documentation
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Assist guests with information about Thekkady, local attractions and activities
• Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate guest and booking records
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident and presentable personality
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to communicate in English and Malayalam
• Hindi or other languages will be an advantage
• Hospitality experience preferred, but freshers with the right attitude can apply
• Willingness to work in shifts and weekends/holidays
• Good customer-service mindset and attention to detail

Pay: ₹8,734.98 - ₹15,000.00 per month
