What they need
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, modifications, and extensions through eZee Absolute.
- Update guest profiles, room status, rates, packages, and booking information accurately.
- Handle walk-in, direct, corporate and OTA reservations.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room availability, clean rooms, blocked rooms, and priority rooms.
- Manage guest requests, complaints, and queries professionally.
- Handle room tariff postings, additional charges, discounts and bill settlements.
- Process payments through cash, card, UPI and company/corporate billing.
- Maintain accurate guest folios and ensure all charges are posted before checkout.
- Handle advance payments, pending balances and outstanding guest/company accounts.
- Perform shift closing, cashier closing and handover accurately.
- Prepare daily Front Office reports using eZee Absolute.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Accounts, Maintenance and other hotel departments.
- Ensure proper registration and maintenance of guest identification documents.
- Follow hotel SOPs related to guest privacy, billing, room allocation and cash handling.
- Upsell higher room categories and hotel services whenever possible.
- Maintain professional grooming and provide courteous guest service at all times.
