Role Overview:

The Front Office Executive is responsible for performing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, managing guest relations, etc. This role ensures a high standard of guest satisfaction and efficient resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Ensure excellent service during check-ins/outs and resolve guest concerns promptly.

• Operations: Oversee room reservations, billing, and daily reports. Ensure efficient front office operations.

• Guest Relations: Handle VIPs and special requests, monitor guest satisfaction, and collect feedback.

• Coordination: Work with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• *Education*: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.

• Experience: 2 years in front office management, preferably in a 4-star resort.

• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS).

• Other: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive salary with free accommodation and meals provided.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
