Aachi Global School is looking for a Front Office Executive to join our team and be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the school reception and front office operations
• Welcome and assist parents, visitors, and students professionally
• Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence
• Coordinate parent visits, appointments, and meetings
• Maintain front office records and documentation
• Support school administration and day-to-day coordination
• Coordinate with teachers and administrative teams as required
• Ensure a warm, professional, and student-friendly environment at the reception

Candidate Profile

• Graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 0–10 years of experience in front office, reception, school administration, or a similar role
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Good command of English
• Basic proficiency in MS Office
• Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Experience in a school/educational institution will be an added advantage
