DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Reception Duties

2. Greet and welcome guests and clients.

3. Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take messages.

4. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.

5. Administrative Support

6. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, mail).

7. Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting rooms.

8. Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.

9. Maintain and update office records and files.

10. Facility Management

11. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the office.

12. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
