Job Summary

We are hiring a professional and well-groomed Front Office Executive with experience in the Hotel/Hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling visitors, calls, and coordinating with internal departments while maintaining corporate etiquette.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors & clients professionally
• Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
• Maintain visitor records & gate passes
• Manage meeting room bookings
• Handle courier, dispatch & mail management
• Maintain front desk decorum and cleanliness
• Support Admin & HR activities when required
• Coordinate internal communication
• Manage front office supplies

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (Hotel & Hospitality preferred)
• 2 TO 3 years of experience in Hotel Front Desk / Hospitality
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
• Presentable personality with professional appearance
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Email handling)
