About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Front Office Executive to join our veterinary hospital in Velachery. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with dogs and cats and have a genuine love for pets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist pet parents visiting the hospital.
• Handle front desk operations, appointments, and patient registrations.
• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment bookings.
• Coordinate with veterinarians and the hospital team.
• Maintain patient and billing records accurately.
• Handle payments and basic billing-related activities.
• Guide pet parents regarding appointments, waiting times, and hospital procedures.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Handle pets calmly and patiently when required.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate approach while dealing with pet parents.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable around dogs and cats.
• Genuine interest in animal care and welfare.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and approachable personality.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy hospital environment.
• Prior front office/reception experience is preferred.
• Veterinary/animal-care experience will be an added advantage.
