Front Office Executive / Receptionist – Hindi Speaking

We are looking for a smart, confident, energetic and presentable Front Office Executive to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have a confident, cheerful, well-presented and enjoy interacting with people, presentable friendly and welcoming personality, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to interact professionally with clients and visitors.

Requirements:

• Fluent Hindi is mandatory
• Good spoken English
• Smart, well-groomed and presentable
• Cheerful, energetic and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Good basic computer and administrative skills
• Able to manage reception, calls, appointments and general front-office activities
• Positive attitude and professional behaviour

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries
• Manage appointments and reception activities
• Coordinate with different departments
• Maintain a professional and friendly front-office environment
• Assist with basic administrative and customer-service duties

Location: Dubai
Position: Full-Time
Language Requirement: Hindi – Mandatory
