Job Summary

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business associates, ensuring professional and welcoming experience. Candidates with a hospitality or hotel background are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business associates professionally.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor records.
• Schedule appointments and meeting rooms.
• Coordinate hospitality arrangements for guests and senior management.
• Maintain reception and lobby areas to high hospitality standards.
• Support administrative tasks, courier management, and office coordination.
• Assist in organizing meetings and corporate events.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1+ –3 years of experience in front office or guest relations.
• Prior experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
