Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, well-groomed, and friendly Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
• Manage visitor records and maintain front desk documentation.
• Handle emails, correspondence, and basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain office records and assist with data entry.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or reception, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and MS Word .
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English .
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
• Presentable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
