Front office Executive (Hotel )

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-in and check-out.
• Manage room bookings, enquiries and reservations.
• Attend calls, WhatsApp enquiries and OTA bookings.
• Maintain guest records, room status and daily reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Handle guest requests and ensure good customer service.
• Support room sales and upselling.

Requirements:

• Previous hotel/rooms reception experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Malayalam & English communication required.
• Willingness to work in shifts / 12-hour duty.

Salary: ₹ 15k to 18 k+ Incentives
Food & Accommodation: Available

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
