Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, well-organised, and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to join our hotel team.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in hotel reception or front office assistance.
• Candidates with experience in any hotel are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and a professional approach to guest service.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn hotel front office procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest enquiries, reservations, and telephone calls.
• Assist guests with their requests and ensure a pleasant stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Maintain front office records and support daily reception operations.
