Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

• Serves as the primary face of the hospital, welcoming and guiding patients, relatives, and visitors to the correct departments.
• Handles patient registrations for both outpatients (OPD) and inpatients (IPD) while maintaining accurate details in the Hospital Information System (HIS).
• Manages doctor appointments by scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling bookings via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Controls lobby traffic and coordinates patient queues to ensure smooth daily operations and minimal waiting times.
• Operates multi-line phone channels, routing inquiries and providing accurate details about doctor availability, tariffs, and hospital policies.
• Verifies health insurance eligibility, corporate benefits, and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) documentation.
• Collects upfront payments for consultations or diagnostic tests, issues receipts, and manages daily front-desk cash flow.
• Coordinates cross-departmentally with nursing, housekeeping, and security staff to resolve operational friction quickly.
• Maintains strict medical confidentiality regarding patient personal data and health records.
• Requires core professional traits including strong multitasking, basic computer literacy, multilingual fluency, and a high level of empathy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
