Job Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage room reservations, bookings and guest enquiries.
• Handle telephone calls, emails and walk-in guests.
• Prepare guest bills, invoices and payment records.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and Accounts departments.
• Maintain guest registration forms and front office records.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain room status, booking records and shift handover reports.
• Assist with night audit duties as required.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel front office operations.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS/software and reservation procedures.
• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Professional personality, punctuality and a customer-focused attitude.
