Front Office Executive / Night Auditor

We are looking for a Front Office Executive / Night Auditor to provide excellent guest service while handling front-office operations and night audit responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in, check-out, reservations, requests, and complaints.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Manage guest accounts, payments, cashiering, and daily transactions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest requirements.
• Perform daily/nightly audit of room charges, taxes, payments, and hotel transactions.
• Prepare and reconcile daily financial and night audit reports.
• Identify and resolve posting or payment discrepancies.
• Monitor overnight hotel operations, guest safety, and security.
• Maintain accurate records and complete proper shift handovers.
• Promote hotel facilities and additional services when appropriate.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Win-HMS PMS experience is required.
• Front Office, Night Audit, or cashiering experience preferred.
• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
