Front Office / Guest Service Agent

Atsini Bali is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Guest Service / Villa Host to join our Pre-Opening Team.

The role will be responsible for creating a warm and personalized guest experience throughout the guest journey, from pre-arrival communication to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
• Handle pre-arrival and in-stay guest communication
• Assist with check-in, villa orientation, and departure
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
• Coordinate transportation, dining, activities, and other guest arrangements
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments
• Maintain guest preferences and ensure proper follow-up
• Support upselling of property services and experiences
• Participate in pre-opening training, SOP preparation, mock operations, and trial stays

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Villa Host, Butler, Concierge, or similar hospitality roles
• Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage
• Good spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, proactive, and guest-oriented personality
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Professional grooming and positive attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
