As a Front Office Host(ess) , you will ensure guests feel welcome and cared for throughout their stay by delivering warm, attentive service at every interaction. The position manages arrivals, departures, and guest requests while maintaining a well-organised front desk environment and plays a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to service standards, while also supporting cross-departmental collaboration when needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, contributing to a positive team environment and consistent service delivery
• Manage the guest journey, including check-ins, check-outs, and all guest requests across phone, written, and face-to-face communication
• Handle reservations, payments, and front office administrative tasks accurately
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment in line with brand standards
• Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and food and beverage to ensure smooth daily operations

Essential Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Guest-focused mindset with a proactive and responsible approach
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in Front Office or guest-facing hospitality roles
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS)
• Knowledge of Eindhoven or willingness to develop local expertise
• Dutch or any additional language skills; is an advantage
• Experience handling guest requests and service recovery
