Front Office Intern

Lakkidi Village Resort is looking for a Front Office Intern to join our hospitality team. This internship provides practical experience in hotel front office operations, guest relations, reservations, check-in/check-out, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional reception.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and basic complaints.
• Assist with room reservations and booking enquiries.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Restaurant, and other departments.
• Maintain guest records and front office documentation.
• Assist with telephone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Provide information about resort facilities and nearby tourist attractions.
• Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain professional grooming and excellent customer service standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
• Freshers and hospitality students are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
• Knowledge of English and Malayalam is preferred; Hindi/Kannada/Tamil will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
