Front Office Manager

A distinguished 4-star luxury hotel in Northwest Delhi is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead and optimize front office operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, guest-centric focus, and operational expertise to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily front office operations, including reception, reservations, and guest services
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and handle escalated guest concerns
• Train, mentor, and lead front office staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Monitor and achieve KPIs such as occupancy, revenue targets, and guest satisfaction scores
• Collaborate with housekeeping, FB, and other departments for efficient operations
• Implement and enforce SOPs, brand standards, and company policies
• Analyze guest feedback and drive continuous service improvements
• Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and front office technology systems (PMS/CRM)

Qualifications Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of front office systems and procedures (Opera, IDS, or similar)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
