The Role:

• Be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and enquiries
• Manage reception, phone calls and general office administration
• Provide administrative support to the Property Management team
• Assist the Sales team with administration and marketing
• Coordinate meeting rooms, materials and photoshoots as required
• Help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

The Person:

• Positive, energetic and customer-focused
• Previous administration or marketing experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a professional presentation
• Eager to learn and develop within the real estate industry
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career in real estate
