About the Role

We aren't just looking for a manager, we are looking for a hospitality champion to help launch our property. As our Front Office Manager, you will be the welcoming face of our new hotel and the operational heartbeat of our lobby. Reporting to the hotel manager you will build and guide a fresh team, ensuring that from the very first check in, our guests experience nothing short of excellence. This is a full time role with a fantastic optional live in package.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Supervise, train, and empower our front desk team to deliver spectacular, next-level customer service.
• Champion the Guest Experience: Guarantee a flawless stay for our guests, handling check ins, check outs, and room assignments with warmth and efficiency.
• Master Problem Solving: Tackle the daily dynamics of a bustling hotel from reservation puzzles to maintenance hiccups with a cool head and a smile.
• Drive Success: Manage reservations and collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy rates.
• Resolve & Restore: Confidently handle escalated guest concerns, turning potential issues into winning experiences.
• Bridge the Gap: Communicate seamlessly across housekeeping, maintenance, and other stakeholders to keep the property running like clockwork.
