Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of front office staff, ensuring high standards of performance and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement front office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and service quality.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage room inventory, reservations, and room assignments.
• Prepare and manage front office budgets, controlling expenses and optimizing revenue.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular performance reviews for front office staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a high level of communication with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Implement and manage property management systems (PMS) effectively.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front office activities and performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
