Front Office Manager

You'll be the first voice a prospect hears, the steady point of contact a customer relies on throughout their project, and the person keeping our day-to-day office operations and company culture running smoothly behind the scenes.

As the premier deck builder in Alabama and West Georgia, we're looking for someone who wants more than a desk job answering phones. We're looking for someone who wants to be the heartbeat of a growing company and the person every lead, customer, and teammate can count on.

Responsibilities:

If you're a natural multitasker, a warm and confident communicator, and someone who loves being the person who keeps everything (and everyone) organized, this role offers something most office positions can't: real ownership.

You'll have a direct impact on how prospects first experience our brand, how customers feel throughout their project, and how our office runs day to day. This role blends four functions: sales coordination, customer success, administrative support, and event/culture coordination. Instead of being boxed into one narrow task, you'll be hands-on in:

• Lead Intake & Sales Coordination
• Rehash & Stale Lead Recovery
• Billing & Invoicing
• Customer Success
• Culture & Community

You'll work directly with company leadership, see the results of your efforts firsthand, and gain experience that would typically take years to accumulate in a larger corporate environment.

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who:

• Is naturally organized and detail-oriented
• Can manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
• Communicates clearly, warmly, and professionally with leads, customers, and teammates alike
• Takes ownership of problems and follows through until they're resolved
• Enjoys planning events and bringing people together
• Is comfortable with CRM systems, invoicing, and day-to-day administrative detail
• Is passionate about total ownership

Office management or sales coordination experience is helpful, but reliability, warmth, and follow-through matter even more.
