Front Office Manager

Hotel Akhil Classic is seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager / Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front office operations, reservations, and guest relations.
• Supervise and train front office staff.
• Ensure smooth coordination between all hotel departments.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational performance.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel front office or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel management software (Hotsoft experience preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
