Front Office Manager

We’re looking for a Front Office Manager who brings energy, accountability, and a genuine passion for people. Someone who can lead from the front, solve problems, develop a team, and help positively contribute to the hotel.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work the Front Desk & all tasks associated the role
• Lead, coach, and develop our hotel team
• Support daily leadership and operations in the front of house & at times back of house
• Drive exceptional guest service and cleanliness scores + Hilton standards
• Help build accountability, consistency, and team culture
• Support scheduling, training, staffing, and performance
• Jump in wherever needed — leaders lead from the front
• Partner with the GM to improve the overall operation

Hotel leadership experience is preferred however we will consider candidates with 2 + years of hotel front desk experience. If you apply & your resume doesn't show at least 1.5 years of hotel front desk experience it will be rejected.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 48.0 per week
