FRONT OFFICE OFFICER

1. Performing good customer service to contribute to a warm welcoming ambience of the counter service in line with the Hospital Mission and Vision. Provide proper and clear explanation to all customer at all times.
2. Timely and efficient counter services including registration, admission and discharge process according to the department Policies & Procedures.
3. Ensure efficient and accurate billing at all times. To make sure all medical and pharmacy charges for patients are being charged correctly by respective department.
4. Ensure accurate patient information is entered / updated in hospital system at all times.
5. Any other related duties & responsibilities that may be directed by Management.

Requirements :

1. Minimum SPM with pass in English, Maths & Malay.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
3. Knowledgeable in communication skills.
4. Computer literate with Office application skills such as Microsoft excel.
5. Good team player.
