Position: Front Office Officer

Job Summary:

As Front Office Officer is responsible for delivering a warm, personalized, and holistic guest experience in line with the wellness retreat’s philosophy. This role acts as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring comfort, satisfaction, and seamless coordination of wellness programs throughout their stay.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in guest relation or similar role in hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, caring, and service-oriented personality
• Understanding of wellness concepts (yoga, spa, holistic living) is a plus
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Passion for wellness and guest care
• Female applicant preffered
