We're Hiring: Front Office Receptionist (Flexible Shift)

Middle Beach Hotel - Jounieh is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Process reservations and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
• Perform general administrative and front desk duties.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in front office, reception, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is essential.

Working Shift PM (4PM - 12AM)

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in front office, reception, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.
