Front Office Receptionist

We are looking for a presentable, confident, and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team in Dubai, Abu Dhabi

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills , a friendly personality, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors professionally.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive first impression.
• Support the team with day-to-day front-office activities.

Requirements

• Previous reception/front-office or customer-service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Smart, presentable, and professionally groomed.
• Confident, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Dubai experience is an advantage.
