Front Office Receptionist

Busy Medical Practice in Watkinsville looking for a friendly front office assistant. Position is full-time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Must be dependable, friendly, a hard worker, be able to work as a TEAM, must multi-task, and YOU MUST travel to satellite offices, We have offices in Commerce, Hartwell, Elberton, Greensboro, and Eatonton, traveling varies by week. Experience with EMR preferred, or a medical office setting, Medical knowledge is a MUST. Pay based on experience and will be discussed at interview. Some duties include, making charts, checking patients in and out, Prior Authorizations, scheduling appointments, making referrals, obtaining patient labs, faxing documents back, answering phone, taking messages from the patient, clearing out the fax box daily.

Background in the medical field and front desk experience.

Epic experience is preferred!

Pay based on experience.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
