Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a positive, energetic, and detail oriented person to join our front office team. We are looking for someone who is able to multitask and have a smile on your face for all patients walking through the door and on the phone. We have a great staff and are searching for someone who works well with others and enjoys teamwork. Dental experience and Dentrix knowledge is preferred. We will train the right person. Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Answering phones

Scheduling patients

Check-in/Out of patients

Verifying Insurances

Attending morning huddles

Collecting/posting patient payments

Daily reconciliation

Presenting treatment plans

Bilingual (not required but a plus)

Our office hours are:*

Mondays & Wednesdays 8am to 5pm

Tuesdays & Thursdays 7am to 7pm

Fridays 8am-3pm

*New hire will need to be open to working some early or late shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
