💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist hotel guests professionally
• Handle reservations for rooms, entertainment, and transport
• Provide information on hotel and resort facilities
• Support daily front office administrative duties
• Deliver a smooth and pleasant guest experience

✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Minimum SPM; Diploma in Hotel Management, Business, or related field is an advantage
• Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Willing to work in Genting Highlands
