We're looking for a friendly, dependable and guest-focused Night Guest Service Assistant to help create a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests throughout the night. You'll manage late check-ins, support food and beverage areas, prepare the breakfast buffet, complete nightly procedures, carry out security checks, and work closely with both the day and night teams to maintain brand standards. Previous hospitality or night shift experience is preferred, along with great communication skills, a team spirit, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and clear communication
• Assist guests with their needs, including room requests, directions, and local information
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery during night hours
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and incidents to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor the property’s security and conduct routine safety checks
• Respond promptly to guest concerns or emergencies with professionalism and calmness

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel or guest services is highly preferred
• Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service best practices
• Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and approachable during night shifts
• Flexibility to work overnight hours on a consistent schedule
• A positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding hospitality experiences
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
