We are now seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator/ Patient Coordinator to join our Wollongong team. This pivotal role combines patient care with exceptional sales, bubbly personality and communication skills.

About You The Role

You’ll begin as a Front Office Coordinator – the warm, welcoming face of Dental Boutique. From greeting patients to managing appointments and ensuring each visit runs smoothly, you’ll help create a memorable and seamless experience for every client. But this role goes beyond the front desk.If you have a natural ability to build trust, communicate with confidence, and help people take the next step, you’ll transition into a Patient Sales Consultant – guiding clients through their smile journey with care and clarity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth “Check in” and “check out” clients while managing appointment schedules
• Handle phone enquiries and complete admin tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Create a calm, confident environment that puts patients at ease
• Coordinate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
