Position Summary

We are looking for a Front Office Representative to serve as a welcoming point of contact for visitors, callers, and customers. This role combines front desk service, communication, scheduling, and general office support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Provide general information about the company and its services
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Receive and organize mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
• Take messages and communicate information accurately
• Assist with filing, documents, and routine administrative tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable handling telephone and in-person inquiries
• Basic computer proficiency
• Previous front office, receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus
