Front Office Specialist WIC

Our Front Desk Department is currently seeking candidates for Full-Time Front Office Representatives for the Walk In Clinic at our South West office in Fort Wayne, IN.

Job duties: Greeting patients, registration to include; medical history entry, obtaining insurance authorizations, scheduling appointments, and taking payments.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Skills: Basic Computer Skills (preferred) & Previous Customer Service (preferred)

We offer on the job training, no experience required but preferred

Schedule: Monday-Wed, 13hr/ day

Training requirements: 60 days of training M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm

Location: Allen County offices
