Airport Apartments by Vetroblu is seeking an experienced Front Office Superstar to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.

Located in Redcliffe, our property features 51 stylish 1- and 2-bedroom serviced apartments, offering 24-hour guest service and shuttle service.

We are part of the Vetroblu Hotel Group, which operates serviced apartment hotels across East Perth, Scarborough Beach, and Redcliffe—all conveniently located within 30 minutes of the CBD with easy public transport access and onsite parking.

✨ About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the face of our property, delivering exceptional guest experiences while juggling a variety of front office responsibilities.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience using RMS (essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar hospitality/front office role
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (essential)
• Ability to work across a rotating roster (up to 38 hours per week) including evenings and overnight shifts
• Valid driver’s licence
• Current or willingness to obtain a Public Passenger Vehicle Licence
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work independently and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
