What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
2. Handling guest inquiries, reservations and check-in/check-out processes efficiently
3. Monitoring room availability and implementing revenue management strategies
4. Resolving guest complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on front office operations
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
7. Ensuring compliance with brand standards, policies, and legal requirements

What we're looking for

1. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant technologies.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
6. Fluency in English and the local language would be an advantage.
