Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Transport Supervisor to manage daily vehicle, driver and transport operations. The role involves driver coordination, vehicle monitoring, trip management, documentation and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily vehicle and driver operations.

Monitor vehicle movement, trips, routes and schedules.

Allocate duties and coordinate with drivers.

Monitor driver attendance and duty schedules.

Track vehicle availability and utilization.

Monitor fuel usage, kilometres and trip details.

Follow up on vehicle breakdowns, repairs and maintenance.

Check vehicle documents including RC, Insurance, FC, Permit and other related documents.

Coordinate with the RTO and Documentation team for vehicle compliance.

Maintain vehicle, driver and transport records.

Prepare daily transport reports and operational updates.

Ensure drivers follow company safety and operational procedures.

Handle day-to-day transport issues and coordinate with management for solutions.

Requirements:

Experience in Transport, Fleet Management or Logistics preferred.

Good knowledge of vehicle and driver coordination.

Basic knowledge of vehicle documentation and RTO requirements.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.

Ability to handle drivers and operational situations.

Qualification:

10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.

Experience:

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Transport / Fleet / Logistics operations preferred.

Salary:

As per company norms and based on experience.
