What they need
Front Office Supervisor
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field is an advantage
Minimum of 2 years experience in Front Office operations with at least 1 year supervisory role
Strong leadership, communications and interpersonal skills
Proficient in property management system (PMS) and MS Office applications
Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and provide excellent customer service
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends and holidays
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
