About the role

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's Front Office, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out procedures, accurate guest registration and billing, professional guest relations, proper room status coordination, and compliance with established hotel policies and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to Front Office personnel
• Monitor employee performance and attendance
• Resolve guest concerns within the scope of authority
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Accounting, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure accurate guest registration and billing
• Maintain professional guest relations
• Coordinate proper room status
• Ensure compliance with established hotel policies and service standards
• Ensure a consistently positive guest experience
