Front Office team

Company Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Executive/supervisor and associate job role based in Bharuch. The Front Office is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling reservations and room allocations. The role includes operating front desk systems, answering phone calls and emails, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences. The individual will address guest queries and concerns, provide information about hotel services and local attractions, and maintain accurate records and reports. The Front Office Executive is also expected to uphold the hotel’s standards of professionalism, appearance, and service quality at all times.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong customer service and front office skills to manage guest interactions and lobby operations effectively.
• Candidates should possess interpersonal skills and communication skills to engage with guests and colleagues in a clear and courteous manner.
• Candidates should possess receptionist duties capabilities, including handling calls, managing bookings, and maintaining front desk documentation.
• Relevant experience in hotel front office or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management or reservation systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hotel requirements.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
