Front Office/Chiropractic Assistant

Looking for a part-time front desk receptionist for our chiropractic office. Duties will include patient scheduling, collecting copay, insurance verification, office flow, and patient management. Chiropractic assistant will also assist the doctors with therapies if needed.

Experience in patient scheduling, verifying insurance benefits, collections, and billing is preferred, but not required. The right candidate can be trained and can have growth opportunities.

Candidates must have exceptional customer service and phone skills, time management skills, and the ability to perform expected tasks without supervision.

Qualifications include a friendly personality who enjoys working with patients. Must know how to multi-tasking, telephone skills, customer service, time management, organization, data entry, attention to detail, quality focus, and professionalism.

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
